The Process is where you as a framebuilder are invited every Wednesday to share and discuss in photos and words any aspect along the path of building and delivery of your in-house made or designed bicycle frame or bicycle product to your customer. The processes shown and discussed can include all aspects of your business including everything from the value of different accounting practices and filing systems, frame design and fitting, bench work and construction processes, and painting, packing, and shipping the product.
A picture can speak a thousand words, so please show, and ask others to show, both in photos and text, how to perform a given process so that everyone participating may increase their knowledge and skill level. Be prepared for constructive and honest discussion from others and understand it is only through this dialog that we can all learn and improve.
The Process is not intended to be a place to sell or promote finished goods, raw materials, or schwag.
